Referral Procedures for G/T Services
 

Any person can refer a student for testing for possible G/T services
(See GT Nomination Form)

Referrals are forwarded to school psychologists.  They will check for information available and determine what additional information is required.

Parent permission for any tests are sought (See GT Screening Permission Form)
Testing is completed

Results of testing sent to curriculum office. (See GT Screening Score Sheet)

Determination of need for services.
Possibilities:

Regular education Referral Team meeting
Possible NOVA Placement
Possible resource services recommended
Further assessment of student

Nothing at this time
